 Tips for Storing Loose-leaf herb teas stay fresher in the cupboard and in airtight, dark containers. In a hurry? If life moves fast, just brew up a pot of tea and freeze it in ice cube trays, store the ice cubes in zip-lock bags and defrost 6 or 7 cubes for a quick cup of tea. Special note: Fresh-brewed tea keeps in the refrigerator for about three days.
