Our Reserve Lemon Grass has the delicate flavor and fragrance
of fresh apples. We have found one of the few organic sources
of a scarce species close at hand. Cut long to further maintain

ORGANIC ROOIBOS (or decorate with flowers!)
Newly popular in tea circles, the surprising red Rooibos (O,K)
tea from South Africa is rich in vitamin C, calcium, zinc and
more. A must-taste addition to a well-rounded tea menu. We tasted
many before choosing this particular Rooibos. No additives. Upon
request, we will decorate the Rooibos with delicate lavender Malva
Flowers (O), known for their demulcent, anti-inflammatory properties.

GUNPOWDER SUPERIOR (O)
Traditionally robust and impressive with a sweet finish, our tightly
rolled pinhead green Gunpowder Superior Tea blooms gracefully

HOJICHA (O)
This fine Japanese green tea is picked young and delicately roasted
to perfection. Producing a sweet, wood fire toasted flavor and
rich aroma.The leaves are various shades of tan and brown. Low
in caffeine. Mild. Excellent for the digestive system.
JASMINE PEARL (GWC)
Watch beauty unfurl in your cup. Hand-rolled tender tea shoots
are intermingled for many hours with jasmine blossoms (O) that
are harvested in the early morning hours. The essence of jasmine
flowers is absorbed into the tea and a heavenly scented flavor
