We've designed herbalcafe.com to be your neighborhood resource for freshly packed herb teas and exceptional herb products. We've done our best to make your shopping experience fun and easy. And if you want to learn more about an herb, an informed answer is always close at hand in the Herbapedia.

Herb Basket.
Your Herb Basket contains the items you are going to purchase. Click on "Add to Basket" to save the teas or products to your Herb Basket. After putting items in the Herb Basket, you can return to browsing.

Checking Out.
To check out and/or review the contents of your Herb Basket, click on the Herb Basket button (located on the left of your screen) at any time. We'll ask you to verify your selections. At this time, you can also add or delete items.

Security & Privacy.
At the herbal cafe, we strive to form long-term relationships with our customers. That's why your personal information is handled with the utmost care. You can always buy from herbalcafe.com with confidence. To protect your order information, we utilize Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts, or scrambles, your order information so that it cannot be read by anyone other than us.

Payment.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. You may use a check if ordering by mail. ($20 fee for returned checks.) Payment must be made with U.S. funds only. We do not accept C.O.D. orders.

Pricing.
Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in the market and sources available.

Damages.
If damage or loss of parcels should occur during shipment, report it immediately to the shipping agent. Keep as much of the damaged parcel as possible.

Back Orders.
Sometimes items are temporarily out of stock. We send the rest of your order and then notify you when the item is available. You can reorder them at that time. We do not do back orders.

Sales Tax.
California residents will be charged 8.25% Sales Tax on all items.

Shipping Policy.
We ship to most physical addresses within the continental U.S. via UPS ground service. Please call or email for rates on other shipping methods. Sorry, delivery is not available outside the continental United States, on Sundays, Mondays or holidays, except by special arrangement. We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box. The herbal cafe will not be held responsible for wrong addresses or delivery delays due to extreme weather conditions.

Satisfaction Guaranteed.
If, for any reason - you are not delighted with your purchases - we will gladly replace them or offer a full refund if you respond within 5 days of delivery and return the item within 10 days. Goods must be in saleable condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.
